Our 24 hour care team consists of 2 or 3 carers on a rota basis. We work on a same team rotation – therefore you will be able to build a great and unique relationship with your carers.

Maintain Your Independence
We conduct our 24 hour home care services in a dedicated way. We do not wish to step on your toes and bombarded you with change. We will work with you to help you to continue your independence in your own home.
We understand completely how intrusive it can be having someone else in your home for 24 hours of the day, and how daunting this can be. However, our staff are trained to be there when you want them and to be unobtrusive when you don’t.
Families often choose our Live-In Care service as a valuable alternative to a residential care home. Our carers also work with families to ensure the best care is being provided. Being there for you and your family 24/7.
You Are Our Priority
No matter what, we all want the same thing for every single one of our families – happiness. For any reason if your family cannot be there every moment of the day, we can. Our Live-In option is ideal for those of you who want that extra support, (carers will need sleeping and bathroom facilities). We’re also there for companionship, joining you for meals and joining with your hobbies too!
We can also come and aid you in case you take a fall, where we will bring lifting equipment to make sure that you are fully supported the entire time. In case this is a regular occurrence, we can also be registered as a first care responder if your family are too far away to get to you in an emergency.
We Can Do Anything!
Our work can span to looking after not just you, but your home as well! Some of these tasks could include:

We can support you with complex care to light housework and personal care. Our carers are specially trained to assist with stoma and catheter care, breathing aids, diabetes, wound and skin integrity care and end of life care.
